We drove along rugged red tracks, crossed remote river crossings, and camped in the most breathtaking natural spots — from Darwin to Broome, through Kakadu, the Central Arnhem Way, and the legendary Gibb River Road. We’re completely enchanted by this way of travelling — it’s hard to imagine exploring Australia (or anywhere else!) in any other way now. The bar has been set incredibly high. Oh, and by the way — I definitely made the most of the sun deck! 😉

Absolutely fantastic! We had the Landcruiser to do the Gibb River Rd and it didn’t miss a beat. The vehicle was well equipped with everything we needed - just pack food & clothes and we were set for 2 weeks. Only issue we had was the auxiliary battery system was struggling but as soon as I let Brendan know he offered to get a new battery out to us. Great customer service and would thoroughly recommend them. Would definitely use again.

Vanaf het eerste (mail)contact merk je dat men hier klantgericht is. De offerte die ik had opgevraagd was heel snel binnen en was duidelijk. Aanvullende vragen worden snel en correct beantwoord. Voor ons de reden om een 4WD camper te huren bij WA Experts. Bij het ophalen van de camper kregen we een zeer goede en duidelijk uitleg over de camper. Omdat we met twee auto's reden kregen we er als service een tweede walkietalkie bij zodat we goed contact konden houden met de andere auto. Vragen die ik onderweg had werden snel via WhatsApp beantwoord. Ook het inleveren in Broome ging snel en correct en het terug betalen van de borg was ook snel (binnen een paar dagen). Dit bedrijf is zeker aan te bevelen en mochten we weer een vakantie plannen in Australië gaan we zeker weer een camper huren via WA Experts.

Exploring Australia is always a dream, but traveling with a mobile home takes it to a whole new level! We were a bit unsure at first since we had never done this before, but all our worries were completely unnecessary. The car was super easy to drive, the setup was amazing, and the rooftop tent was big enough for the two of us — we slept like babies every night. The mattress is quite thick and the blankets are really warm, so even on colder nights (around 12°C) we were totally comfortable. The team at WA Experts took their time with the handover — they spent about an hour showing us every little detail, which gave us a lot of confidence before hitting the road. Our Landcruiser had a fuel consumption of about 12.5L per 100km, so fuel costs stayed manageable too. The equipment is top-notch — apart from a toilet, you have everything you need to be completely self-sufficient. We can wholeheartedly recommend WA Experts and would rent from them again without hesitation. Everything is very professional and if you ever need help, you can easily reach someone via WhatsApp. Absolutely loved it!

Our family just completed the second WA trip with a 4WD rental from WA Experts. As a family of 4, both times we rented a Hi-Lux with Twin Tents on the top. First trip was from Broome down Gibb River Road and back, through Kimberley. Second trip - one way from Perth to Broome, including Karijini National Park, etc. Both times vehicles were in superb order and very well equipped. WA Experts have a fleet of nearly new cars, which are tuned and specially prepared for the rugged WA terrain. You feel like you have a quality vehicle and 'home' for the trip with everything that you may need packaged with the car. All that is left is to enjoy the road and the fantastic experiences that Western Australia has to offer. Highly recommend WA Experts and their sister company Broome & Beyond.

We hired the 79 series rooftop tent for a 2.5 week hiatus through the south coast and we were beyond thrilled with WA Experts! To sum it up: we loved it ;) It was really a pleasure to drive around in our Hawkie with 4x4 to go dirt roads, quite heavy paths and beaches. It is designed for two persons. The set up is awesome, you got everything you need from kitchen equipement to air pump, large fridge, solar panels on the roof, outdoor shower and sundeck. You pop out the bed in 1 minute and it’s quite comfy. We can highly highly recommend you guys. The price is also just reasonable. We drove around for 10 days to explore the south. Didn’t make it till esperance as the distance is quite long but definitely there are plenty and plenty of beaches on the way to Albany that are absolutely stunning. Ps: got feedback from many other 4x4 drivers who also told us that the set up is pretty nice. So will definitely will come back to explore north of WA.

We hadden 2 weken de tijd om door west Australië reizen. Onze keuze was gevallen op WA Experts, wat een geweldige ervaring. We kregen een goede uitleg van Brendan over hoe we ons hotel "Troopy" moesten bedienen. Het was het beste hotel waar we ooit verbleven. We zijn vanuit Perth naar Coral Bay gereden en daarna langzaam naar beneden gereden tot aan Albany. Elke dag was een avontuur, we hebben de Troopy van het strand tot de Bush gebracht met als hoogtepunten Kalbarri, François Peron National Park(een dagje 4wd rijden), moon's crossing en het gebied rond Wellington Dam. De Troopy deen het allemaal. We zijn verliefd geworden op deze auto omdat hij ons zoveel plezier en genot heeft gegeven. Na 2 weken moesten we met pijn in ons hart de Troopy achterlaten maar wetende dat we over 2 tot 3 jaar terugkomen om de noordzijde van Australië te bezoeken. De Troopy is van alle gemakken voorzien, het heeft een watertank een dubbele benzine tank, een geweldige rooftop tent. Een gasfornuis, potten pannen. Het was een huis weg van huis. Wir haben einen LandCruiser für 4 Wochen gemietet und sind damit durch Westaustralien gefahren und es war wirklich traumhaft! Der Camper war super ausgestattet und wirklich gut ausgebaut. Das Dachzelt war total robust und hat einiges ausgehalten und auch das Bett war sehr bequem. Mit dem Fahrzeug konnten wir alle Ziele problemlos erreichen und hatten in den vier Wochen nicht einmal Probleme damit. Auch die WA Experts Mitarbeiter waren total freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können es wirklich jeden empfehlen hier ein Fahrzeug zu mieten. Es lief alles total einfach und problemlos. Vielen Dank an das Team von WA Experts, dank euch hatten wir die Reise unseres Lebens.

Très bien équipé, il a tout ce qui est nécessaire avec un tas de bonnes surprises et il a également permis de passer les soirées de façon confortable après une journée de route et je souligne particulièrement la literie qui a permis des nuits reposantes. Le personnel est très gentil disponibles et à l écoute. Lors de notre retour nous n arrivions pas à joindre une compagnie de taxi et ils nous ont emmené spontanément à l aéroport. Un grand merci à eux. Nous n hesiterons pas une seconde pour un prochain voyage à revenir vers eux.

And the service from Brendan was absolutely great, everything was explained perfectly at the beginning and there was always a quick and helpful answer to any questions. The Motrohome took us safely to all our destinations, on the Gibb it did a great job and even the special destinations Mitchell Falls, El Questro Gorge, Jim Jim Falls etc. were no problem. We rented a Toyota Landcruiser at WA Experts with high clearance and roof top tent to drive from Darwin via GRR and Purnululu and Francois Peron NP to Perth. In total ~7.000 km. The car seems to be outdated and may drive like a lorry or tractor but is perfect as can be repaired by any garage. That was the reason to chose that model. And we loved it after some days of familiarizing. Of course, there are other moderates, which may offer more comfort and fit for other needs. Car was perfectly prepared. And we had not any technical problem. No breakdown no flat tire even on the Gibb River Road. Of course, we adopted speed and tire pressure to the road conditions. In average, we used 15 L Diesel per hundred kilometers. And the 180 liter tank allowed us to skip the one or other expensive station eg on the Gibb. Service from WA expert was always good. Consider one to two hours for the introduction when taking over the car. There is a lot to learn when you are not experienced with 4 wheel drive We had fun and would come back.

Fantastic experience. The car was exactly what we expected, had everything we needed to feel fully equipped to take on the Gibb River road and was well priced for what was included. Toby at the Darwin pick up was informative and fun and really helped us to see that the most important thing for them was that their car was there to help us make memories - which is exactly what we got! We had a great trip from Perth to Darwin via the Gibb River Road, with the Hilux with 2 rooftop tents. The tents were very easy to set up. The car was in great condition and very well equipped for such a road trip. Great service by WA Experts. Wir hatten tolle 3 Wochen mit der Silver Bullet, wirklich das perfekte Offroad Fahrzeug. Auch mit dem Campingausbau und Equipment hat alles geklappt und es war auch alles vorhanden. Einzig eine Kaffeemaschine haben wir uns selbst mitgebracht. Bei Fragen war Brendan auch immer sehr schnell zu erreichen. Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Wir hatte im Januar/Februar den Camper Dove 4WD - Toyota Landcruiser gemietet und waren überrascht, wieviel Platz wir darin hatten. Meine Befürchtung das wir unser ganzes Gepäck nicht mitbekommen würden, hatte sich nicht bestätigt. Ganz im Gegenteil. Das Fahrzeug fährt sich super und die Ausstattung hätte nicht besser sein können: Es wurde an alles Gedacht und an nichts gespart. Hier merkt man, es sind Profis am Werk.
