Karijini is a natural wonder in Western Australia. In the second largest National Park in this state we make the ultimate road trip through the Australian Outback. We visit several of the gorges, cracks in the earth full of hidden treasures, such as crystal clear lakes and heavenly waterfalls.

As we drive from Perth to Broome we look at Perth, the only major city on the west coast. We see the beautiful skyline, walk through King’s Park and the Botanic Gardens. We also see the 750 year old baobab, regarded as Australia’s oldest baobab tree!

Rottnest Island is an island near the city of Perth. It is special because of its beautiful beaches and blue bays, but even more because of its inhabitants! An animal that can be found nowhere else in the world lives here, the Quokka.

Exmouth is located on the famous Ningaloo Reef, the counterpart of the Great Barrier Reef which lies on the eastern side of Australia. On the west side is a beautiful underwater world full of tropical fish, sharks and sea turtles.

Broome is located in Western Australia in one of the world’s most beautiful natural places. On this episode we visit Port Hedland, Cape Keraudren, 80 Mile Beach, Broome, the Willie Creek Pearl Farm and James Price Point.

We drive from Perth to Broome, but first make a trip to the Margaret River region. We sleep in nature, visit the most beautiful beaches, do a wine tasting and visit a local beer brewery. Along the way we see hundreds of kangaroos, birds, wallabies and much more!

The Great Barrier Reef is world famous and perhaps the most beautiful reef in the world. But do you also know the reef on the other side? The Ningaloo Reef in Western Australia is perhaps just as beautiful!
